Eligibility Criteria


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (AS ON 01.07.2011):i) Graduation from a recognised university/Institution with minimum 60% Marks. (For Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PC category minimum 55% Marks). Graduation results should have been declared by the
university/Institution on or before 01.07.2011.

ii) Computer literacy shall be an essential qualification, which the candidate must either possess before or acquire within six months of joining the Bank.

iii) Diploma in Banking & Finance (DBF) from Indian Institute Of Banking and Finance (IIBF) is a desirable qualification besides the above entry level qualification.


IBPS SCORE REQUIREMENTCandidates should have obtained the valid IBPS CWE-PO/MT-2011 Score card ,Total Weighted Standard Score (TWS) as mentioned below in the Common Written Examination conducted for POs/MTs
in Sept / Nov 2011 by IBPS. Candidates should be able to produce the original IBPS CWE-PO/MT-2011 Score Card in support of the scores mentioned in the on-line application form, if called for Interview.


TOTAL WEIGHTED STANDARD SCORE (TWS):For General Category: TWS - Minimum 120
For Reserved Category (SC/ST/OBC/PC): TWS - Minimum 105

NOTE: Candidates should also secure minimum marks, i.e. 24 for General category and 21 for Reserved Categories, in each subject including descriptive test in CWE.


Age Limit (as on 1 July 2011): Minimum 21 years, Maximum 30 years 

Pay Scale - ` 14500 - 600 /7 – 18700 - 700/2 - 20100 - 800/7 - 25700 plus DA, HRA, CCA as per rules in force from time to time.


SELECTION PROCESS
A. INTERVIEW:
 

Mere eligibility/ pass in the Common Written Examination shall not vest any right in a candidate for being called for Interview. Depending upon the number of vacancies, only those candidates who rank sufficiently high in the order of merit in Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in Sept / Nov 2011, as per the cut-off marks decided by the Bank will be called for the Interview.

The Interview will carry 50 Marks. Minimum qualifying marks in the Interview will be 22.50 marks for General Category and 20.00 marks for SC/ST/OBC/PC Candidates.

Final selection will be made on the basis of aggregate marks obtained by the candidates in the Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in Sept / Nov 2011 & Interview and will be strictly according to the merit ranking. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PC will be given relaxation in marks as per extant Government Guidelines. The Bank reserves the right to change the selection procedure, if necessary.

INTERVIEW CENTRES
The interview will be held at major centres across the country and address of the same will be advised in the interview call letters. The Interviews will be held at different centres on different dates as decided by the Bank and will be communicated to the candidates shortlisted for Interview.

Application Fee: Fee for General and OBC category candidates is Rs 200 and fee for SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates is Rs 50.
The fee can be paid either in the form of Payment Receipt Challan which will be available on the bank's website from 30 March 2012. The fee needs to be remitted in any of Indian Overseas Bank's branches by means of cash only and collect candidate's copy of Payment Receipt Challan for the application fee/ postage charge paid. Candidates should ensure that the following information has been correctly entered (1) Branch Name & Code Number (2) Transaction ID (3) Date of deposit and amount.

How to Apply: Candidates need to apply online on the bank's website http://www.iob.in No other means/ mode of application will be accepted. The registration number and password generated should be retained for future reference.
Candidates should submit the candidate's copy of Payment Receipt Challan along with the call letter and all other documents as advised in this notification at the time of Interview failing which the candidate will not be admitted for the Interview.

Bank of Baroda declared list of the selected candidates for Interview for recruitment of PO

Bank of Baroda notified the list of selected candidates for interview for recruitment of 600 Probationary Officers (PO) in Junior Management Grade Scale - I in the Bank. The interviews are tentatively held to be scheduled from 16 April 2012 to 23 April 2012.

The candidates were selected on the basis of eligibility criteria notified by the bank along with cut off list prepared through a valid IBPS score obtained. The category wise minimum Cut off Marks of candidates called for Interview are 174 for General Category, 167 for OBC, 159 for SC, 149 for ST, 132 for HI, 162 for OC, and 151 for VI.

The result published by Bank of Baroda is provisional subjected to submission of required documents for eligibility at the time of interview.

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) jobs opening for 1000 assistant positions

The Reserve Bank of India is the central banking institution of India and controls the monetary policy of the rupee. The institution was established on 1 April 1935 during the British Raj in accordance with the provisions of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 and plays an important part in the development strategy of the government. Eligibility Criteria for recruitment in Reserve Bank of India
Educational Qualification: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates) in the aggregate and the knowledge of word processing on PC.
Age limit (as on 1 March 2012): Maximum 28 years
Pay Scale: basic pay of Rs 8,860 per month (i.e. Rs 8,040 plus two advance increments admissible to graduates only) in the scale of Rs 8,040 – 410 – 9270 – 500 – 11,270 – 550 – 13,470 – 650 – 15,420 – 720 – 16,140 – 990 – 20,100 (20 years) and other allowances, viz. Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Transport Allowance etc., as admissible from time to time. At present, initial monthly Gross emoluments for Assistants is approximately Rs 19,340. The total CTC of the candidate works out at the minimum to Rs 2,63,500 per annum.
Selection Procedure for recruitment in Reserve Bank of India: The selection procedure will comprise of Written Examination and interview. The Written Examination (WE) will be of 200 marks and will consist of 5 Objective Tests which includes the following.
  • Test of Reasoning (40 marks)
  • Test of English Language (40 marks)
  • Test of Numerical Ability (40 marks)
  • Test of General Awareness (40 marks)
  • Test of Computer Knowledge (40 marks)
Application Fee: Application fee for General and OBC category candidate is Rs 385 and no fee will be charged from candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD category.
Fee is payable in the form of Online Payment (by using MASTER/VISA debit/ credit cards or Internet Banking)/ Fee Payment Challan by Demand Draft favouring Reserve Bank of India and payable at Mumbai only. Job Description:- Central Bank of India called the submission forms the vacancies of Director RSETI and In-charge of FLCC March 2012.

The details are given below:

1. AGE, QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE (As on 15.03.2012)

Age - Less than 65 years with sound health.

Qualification - Essential: i)Graduate/ Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University
                         Desirable: Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer/Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture officers converted to Mainstream of banking/Lead District managers and    Faculty leaders/ Faculty members of Training Centres/Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

Experience / other eligibility criteria - Essential: i) Candidate should have retired on
VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer
Cadre.
ii) He should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch
for at least 3 years.
iii) He should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
iv) Should be well conversant with the local language.
v) Should have retired from scale III for the post of Director-RSETI and Scale II for the post of Counselors for FLCC.
vi) Should be resident of the same or nearby district.

2. CONTRACT PERIOD, AMOUNT AND OTHER TRAVELLING EXPENSES;
The candidate shall be appointed on Contract basis for a period of one year. Renewal may be
possible at Bank’s sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules.

3. CONTRACT AMOUNT AND OTHER TRAVELLING EXPENSES;
The contract amount shall be fixed as the last pay and allowances drawn by the officer less the
initial amount of pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon OR
Rs. 25,000/- per month ,which ever is higher.
Further a lump sum amount of Rs.8000/- per month shall be paid towards mobile, conveyance
etc.
Reimbursement of TA/DA for traveling as per requirement of the post shall be made as per the
scale /grade in which he was working at the time of his superannuation.
No other allowances/reimbursement of expenses will be admissible.

4. SELECTION PROCEDURE
The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Bank in this
regard shall be final.

6. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

Last date for receipt of application is 24.03.2012. No applications shall be entertained beyond the
stipulated date. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

After paying fee take a printout of payment receipt and after successfully applying online a registration number and password will be shown you need to note these details for use in future to download hall ticket, checking results etc. You can also use print screen button on your keyboard and paste in MS paint to store in digital way.
Online registration & offline payment (12th march to 7th march 2012): Procedure to applying online @ www.ibps.in is same.
Take a print out of challan form that shall be generated after applying online. After 2 days deposit the fee at any branch of Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, United Bank of India, Central Bank of India.
After depositing fee, IBPS will send you conformation mail about fee and successfully registration. And after 3 days of paying fee you can take a print out of your filed applications at www.ibps.in website with your registration number and password.
